SHIPPING

Shipping is 3-7 days from completion of order unless custom color or product is requested. Then shipping is within 2 weeks.

All items ship either Fed- Ex Ground or Standard USPS.

Alternate shipping methods are available upon request for additional fees.

All artwork is securely wrapped and shipped in a box marked Fragile.

All merchandise is securely wrapped and portected to prevent damage during shipping.

FREE SHIPPING? Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception: if you are shipping an order to Maryland, we are required to charge 6% sales tax.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Our products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible.

• Claims: If damage has occurred due to mishandling by the delivering carrier we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Original packaging materials must be retained for inspection.

Everything on our site is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has “free shipping” our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition, most of our items also carry a restocking fee that will also be deducted from your return. Custom items cannot be returned.

Custom items and artwork cannot be returned.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Please keep in mind that once an order has gone into production or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase

• Standard Return Policy:

We will accept returns of our products listed on our website within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Please contact to discuss a return.

We can only accept an item for return if it is in the original packaging, and shows no sign or evidence of use or mishandling.

Do not send back merchandise without prior authorization or it will be refused.

Once a return is authorized a 25% restocking charge will be applied.

Once the return has been received we will issue a credit for the product total only. Freight charges will not be refunded.

Any credits issued are for merchandise only, and must be used within six (6) months of date issued.

We will send a return authorization form and label. The form must be must be included inside the box and the label attached to the outside of the box. The product must be repackaged as it was originally delivered.

• Returned Checks: Returned or NSF checks will result in your account being placed on a prepaid or credit card status only. A forty-dollar ($40) service charge will be assessed for each returned check.

• Cancelled Orders: Orders may not be cancelled anytime after production of the order begins.

• Refused/Undeliverable Orders: Please do not refuse an order. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight charges will not be refunded.

• Credit Card Orders: Orders being paid for by a credit card will be charged when the order is placed to verify credit card information. Any declined card orders will be cancelled.

• Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Consumer/Purchaser is responsible for any State, County, City, or Municipal Consumer Use Tax.
