CUSTOM COWGIRL ARTWORK

The response to Modern day Cowgirl Artwork this summer was extrordinary! Thank you so very much to all the people who came, looked and loved the work and especially to all of you who gave the Cowgirl Art a good home.

I listened to what people have suggested and requested so I am now offering custom artwork. This can be of you and your horse, just your horse or anything you might like to see in my style of artwork. You can see some examples by clicking here.

SO HOW CAN WE GET STARTED?

First, since the work I create is based off of photographs that I have taken, to start I need a good photograph. This can be a hard copy or a digital image sent to me via e mail or on a disk via snail mail. I can help you decide which photo will make the most successful piece of artwork. If you do not have a photograph to work from I am available to come and do a photo shoot for you for a nominal fee.

Second, decide which size you want your custom made artwork to be. A small size matted is 14"x18", the medium size matted is 16"x20", and the large size matted is 20"x 22".

Third, decide if you want me to do your framing, I frame all of my work in a hand made barn wood frame. If not, at least you see by the sizes listed above that no custom framing is required. You also decide what color paper and what color ink you want to print your artwork with.

Fourth, I work up a drawing of what the print will look like for your approval. This is when any changes you might want can be made because once I start to carve the image from the linoleum changes are not possible.

Fifth, once approved by you I begin to carve, and finally print your artwork for you. You can see your artwork printed via e mail if you wish before I mat and frame your work. I will sign and date the work and add any title if desired.

From start to finish can take up to 4 weeks. Rush orders are possible by request.

WHAT IS THE PRICING?

Pricing is based on the size and the complexity of the work. Therefore, I give an estimate once I see the image you wish me to create and know the size you might want it to be in. Please e mail me with any questions. I am happy to talk about any ideas you might have.

OTHER OPTIONS TO THINK ABOUT

Once a block is created I can create any other merchandise as well just for you! You can always order Jewelry, T-Shirts, Note cards, Tea Towels, Coasters,Candles, you name it all made with your custom artwork.
